This is so smoky with complex, exotic-fruit aromas and wild-herb notes. The caramel and buttery richness of the palate is beautifully balanced by the salty and smoky character that dominates the long finish. Yes, there’s some sweetness in there, but not too much to serve this with hard cheeses. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
