- Verkostnotiz
- Verkostnotiz Falstaff: Dunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Reife dunkle Waldbeerfrucht, Nuancen von Zwetschken, etwas Nougat, kandierte Orangenzesten, feine tabakige Nuancen. Saftig, gute Komplexität, feines Säurespiel, reife Tannine, salzige Mineralität, bereits zugänglich, zeigt Charme und gute Länge. (01/25, +25) Verkostnotiz Suckling: The al dente fruit is so attractive with blackcurrants, dark plums and orange peel. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with tannins that start slowly, building at the end to a crescendo of intensity and power. It’s muscular and chewy but not overdone. A great second wine of Pichon Lalande. Needs time to soften and come together. Best after 2029. Verkostnotiz Leve: Truffle, tobacco leaves, black currants, cedar, and hints of peppery spice show in the perfume. On the palate, the wine is clearly a baby Pichon. It is medium-bodied, elegant, soft, silky and lifted, with layers of finesse-oriented dark, red pit fruits tha t make you want to go back for another sip. This is just as good most vintages of the Grand Vin from the 80s and 90s. The wine blends 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Drink from 2025-2040.
