- Verkostnotiz
- Verkostnotiz Wine Enthusiast: 93-95 Barrel sample. The wine is rich, finely balanced with layers of black fruits. Underlying tannins promise well. It is already dense, with great acidity and structure to propel the wine forward. Verkostnotiz Jeff Leve: Spice, flowers, currants, oak, cherries, and spearmint produce the aromatic profile. The palate is elegant, fresh, vibrant, and energetic. The red berries deliver lift, sweetness, length, and complexity. You can look at this as the perfect juxtaposition between classic, and modern, with age worthy structure, and sweet, ripe freshness in the fruits. The wine is produced from blending 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. 13.5% ABV, 3.75 pH. Yields were 40 hectoliters per hectare. Harvesting took place September 9- September 28. Drink from 2024-2040. 93-95 Pts. Verkostnotiz Falstaff: Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Schwarze Kirschen, Brombeeren, schokoladiger Touch, feine Edel holzwürze ist unterlegt. Saftig, elegant, reife Kirschen, frischer Säurebogen, mineralisch und anhaftend, feine Fruchtsüße im Abgang, gute Länge, zeigt Potenzial.
