Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with intense flavors and a long, compressed finish. Hints of wood spices and phenolic bitterness at the end. Give it one more year to integrate. Medium-bodied, lean and fruity, it’s long with an elegant core of fruit and a mouthwatering, slightly phenolic finish. This is a blend of 71% Sauvignon Blanc and 29% Sémillon.
