- Verkostnotiz Falstaff: Tiefdunkles Rubingranat, opaker Kern, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung. Schwarze Waldbeeren, Brombeeren und Lakritze, tabakige Würze, etwas Nugat. Stoffig, rund und komplex, dunkles Nugat, tragende Tannine, gute Länge, schokoladig-mineralischer Nachhall. Verkostnotiz Suckling: This always represents good value. Spicy, stony and floral at the same time with deep blue fruit and hints of pine, incense and cloves. Veins of tannins show a mineral verve. This is firm, powerful and long. A bit too young at this stage but already showing potential. A very good vintage. Drink after 2028. Verkostnotiz Leve: Leafy herbs, tobacco, currants, spice, and spearmint notes show easily in the nose, and on the long, rich palate. The wine finishes with creamy-textured currants, cocoa, spearmint, and bitter chocolate on the end note. This should age quite nicely. Drink from 2026-2045.
